On May 10th 2014, the 9th Doctorate Students’ Forum of China National Association for International Studies was held in Fudan University. This year’s Forum was co-sponsored by China National Association for International Studies and the College of International Relations and Public Affairs of Fudan University. Professor Qin Yaqing, Deputy Chairman of China National Association for International Studies and Party Secretary of CFAU, attended the forum. Besides, attending the forum on invitation were also Researcher Yuan Zhengqing, Director of the editorial department of World Economics and Politics, Senior Editor Chen Zhirui, Editor in chief of the editorial department of Foreign Affairs Review, Professor Men Honghua from the Party School of the Central Committee of the CPC, Professor Lin Hongyu from University of International Relations, Professor Liu Ming from Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, Professor Ye Jiang from Shanghai Institutes for International Studies, Professor Yu Li from Zhengzhou University, as well as Professor Chen Zhimin, Professor Su Changhe, Professor Xu Yihua, Professor Chen Yugang and Professor Zhang Jianxin from Fudan University. This Forum received over 40 Ph.D. theses altogether from institutions of higher learning and research institutes across China. After strict appraisal and examination by the experts, 15students from Peking University, China Foreign Affairs University, Renmin University of China, Shandong University, Jilin University, Beijing Normal University, Central China Normal University, Yunan University and Fudan University came into prominence. They were selected for the Forum and each gave a keynote speech.
