On July 1, 2025, a delegation led by Dr. Ruvislei González Sáez, Head of the Asia and Oceania team and Senior Research Fellow at the Research Center of International Policy of Cuba and Ambassador Mario Alzugaray Rodríguez, Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Cuba in China visited China Foreign Affairs University (CFAU). Professor Wang Fan, Director of Research Center on Building a Community with a Shared Future for Humanity and President of CFAU, met with the guests, accompanied by Research Fellow Guo Yanjun, Director of the Secretariat of Research Center on Building a Community with a Shared Future for Humanity, and Ma Xinyu, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of CFAU.

President Wang extended a warm welcome to the delegation. The two sides reviewed the cooperation between CFAU and institutions affiliated with the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs and held in-depth exchanges on jointly building China-Cuba community with a shared future and a China-LAC community with a shared future, and carrying out high-level joint research on the Community with a Shared Future for Humanity.
