The Central Conference on Work Relating to Neighboring Countries was held in Beijing from April 8 to 9. On April 10, Wang Fan, President of China Foreign Affairs University (CFAU), was interviewed by China Central Television to share his insights on the conference.

Wang emphasized that the world is highly interdependent, and attempts to “decouple” or forcibly separate are not only impossible but also contrary to historical trends.
