On the afternoon of September 22, the Research Center for a Community with a Shared Future for Humanity held a work meeting. Diplomats seconded from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including Ambassador Huang Yazhong and Ambassador Chen Dong, and all colleagues of the Center attended the meeting.

Secretary Wang pointed out that establishing and building the Research Center for a Community with a Shared Future for Humanity is an important political task entrusted by the CPC Central Committee to China Foreign Affairs University. Since its establishment, the Center has achieved remarkable results and has become a national-level think tank that most closely integrates theory with practice and most directly serves diplomacy, playing an important leading role in the research, interpretation and communication of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy.
In light of the new situation in the Center's development, Secretary Wang put forward four requirements for the next stage of work: first, raise political standing and deeply understand the great significance of building the Center well; second, strive to advance the building of an independent knowledge system; third, continue to produce special reports with assured quality and quantity; and fourth, strengthen platform building and enhance the Center's capacity to serve national strategies.
All colleagues of the Center said they would further raise their political standing, demonstrate the commitment expected of the diplomatic service in the new era and the strong capability and conduct of the diplomatic iron army, and always maintain full enthusiasm and high morale to advance all work in a solid manner.
