On the afternoon of September 15, 2026, an 11-member delegation of Belarusian experts and scholars, organized by the Chinese Embassy in Belarus, visited the Research Center for a Community with a Shared Future for Humanity (hereinafter referred to as 'the Research Center') and held discussions. The delegation was led by Andrei Rzheuski, Chief Adviser of the Foreign Policy Research Department of the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Research, with members from the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Research, the Belarusian State Economic University, the Belarusian State University, the Communist Party of Belarus, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Belarus-China Friendship Society, and local governments. Gao Fei, President of China Foreign Affairs University and Deputy Secretary-General of the Research Center, chaired the discussion and delivered remarks. Attendees included Counselor Chen Xiaodong and Research Fellow Liu Licheng of the Research Center, He Gang, Deputy Director of the Secretariat of the Research Center, and Professors Ou Ya and Lei Jianfeng of the Department of Diplomacy and Associate Professor Liu Ying of the Institute of International Relations at CFAU.

President Gao Fei introduced the basic situation of China Foreign Affairs University and the Research Center, reviewed China-Belarus friendly cooperation, and expressed willingness to further strengthen cooperation with relevant Belarusian universities, think tanks and research institutions in academic research, personnel exchanges and talent cultivation.

Rzheuski thanked CFAU and the Research Center for the warm reception, noting that Belarus-China relations are at a high level and that the two heads of state attach great importance to bilateral relations. The delegation follows closely the vision of a community with a shared future for humanity and China's governance experience, and hopes that this visit will deepen understanding of the relevant vision and practice and strengthen cooperation in academic exchanges and the cultivation of young researchers.

During the discussion, the two sides exchanged views in depth on China-Belarus relations, the vision of building a community with a shared future for humanity, state governance, economic and trade cooperation, and talent exchanges. Both sides said they would further strengthen institutionalized ties and promote multi-level exchanges and cooperation among relevant universities, think tanks and research institutions, making positive contributions to deepening China-Belarus friendship and advancing the building of a community with a shared future for humanity.
