He urged them to keep the country and the world in heart, nurture lofty ideals, integrate personal growth into the great cause of building a strong country and national rejuvenation, actively devote themselves to diplomatic treaty and law work and the country's foreign-related rule-of-law cause, and strive to grow into successors of the diplomatic iron army in the new era whom the Party can trust and the people can be satisfied with.

In the interactive session, students asked questions enthusiastically on topics such as the cultivation of core competencies in diplomatic treaty and law work, diplomatic work practice, and experience from frontline struggles at overseas posts.
