With permission of the Foreign Ministry, Professor Li Zhaoxing, President of the Center for National Soft Power Research at CFAU, attended the Russia Forum from April 17 to 20, 2013.

Mr. Tony Blair, Former Prime Minister of UK, and Mr. Colin Powell, Former State Sectary of US joined the seminar of “Diplomacy Ideas of China, UK and US” with President Li Zhaoxing in the Day 1 forum. Dr. Yao Yao, Director of the Center for National Soft Power Research, hosted the seminar.

In the General Debate of Ministerial Level of the Day 2 forum, President Li Zhaoxing delivered a keynote speech in which he comprehensively elaborated on China’s Diplomacy with Chinese characteristics and as a major country.
