Dr. Gao Fei is Vice President, Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor in China Foreign Affairs University (CFAU). His past professional experience includes Director of Research Center of China Diplomacy, Director of Research Office of China Foreign Affairs University, Deputy Secretary-general of China National Association for International Studies (CNAIS), Executive Council Member of Association of Sino-Russian Relations (China) and Fulbright Visiting Scholar in GWU. His main academic books are listed as follows: Gentlemanly Diplomacy in a Harmonious World: Chinese Foreign Policy and the International System (2011), China Diplomacy Since the Era of Reform and Opening Up (2008), Transformation of Political Culture and Its Impact on the Evolution of Sino-Russian Relations (2008).

He got his B.A. and M.A. in Peking University, and his Ph.D. in China Foreign Affairs University.
