Wang Fan: Second-Class Professor, Ph.D., Doctoral Supervisor. He graduated from Peking University and China Foreign Affairs University successively, with a Ph.D. in International Relations. He is the Vice President of the Chinese Association for International Relations and the Vice President of the Chinese Association for American Studies. His research focuses on major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics, China-U.S. relations and major-country strategy. He has published numerous academic works in these fields and is a recipient of the Special Government Allowance of the State Council.

Zhao Huaipu: Ph.D., Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Beijing Distinguished Teacher. He teaches the National Bilingual Demonstration Course Studies on U.S.–Europe Relations. His research focuses on EU politics and diplomacy as well as U.S.–Europe relations.

Zhou Yongsheng: Ph.D., Professor, Doctoral Supervisor. His research focuses on Japanese diplomacy and Asia-Pacific international relations. His monograph Economic Diplomacy won the First Prize of the Beijing Social Science Award. He is also a member of several academic committees and a special commentator for China Central Television (CCTV).

Zhang Shengjun: Ph.D., Chair Professor, Doctoral Supervisor. In 2012, he was selected for the New Century Excellent Talents Program of the Ministry of Education. He previously served as a Vice Dean at Beijing Normal University and holds multiple academic and administrative positions, with rich and extensive experience in international relations scholarship and academic program management.

Li Haidong: Ph.D., Professor, Doctoral Supervisor. He was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) (2015–2016) and a Visiting Scholar at Yale University (2008–2009). His research focuses on U.S. foreign policy and China–U.S. relations.

Gao Shangtao: Ph.D., Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Director of the Middle East Studies Center. He once served at the Chinese Embassy in the State of Qatar. His research focuses on Middle Eastern affairs and international relations theory.

Lu Jing: Ph.D., Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Dean of the Graduate School. Her research focuses on global governance and Chinese foreign policy. She has published two monographs and four edited volumes respectively, as well as more than 80 academic papers.

Nie Wenjuan: Ph.D., Professor. Her research focuses on international relations theory and Southeast Asian studies. She has authored two monographs and published dozens of core academic articles. In 2024, she was named a Highly Cited Researcher in Political Science.

Zha Wen: Ph.D., Professor. Her research focuses on Southeast Asian politics and ethnic conflict. She has published two monographs in Chinese and English respectively and dozens of articles in core Chinese and international academic journals.

Gao Wanglai: Ph.D., Professor. She holds dual Ph.D. degrees from Peking University and Waseda University in Japan. Her research focuses on international security. She has presided over research projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China as well as multiple provincial and ministerial-level research projects.

Ling Shengli: Ph.D., Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Director of the Research Management Office. He has been selected as a National Young Talent and holds multiple academic appointments. His research focuses on Asia-Pacific security and related issues. He has published more than 80 academic papers and won multiple academic honors and awards.

Liu Ying: Ph.D., Associate Professor. Her research focuses on Russian domestic and foreign policy, China–Russia relations, major power relations, and global governance. She has published monographs and translated works, as well as dozens of articles in core Chinese and international academic journals.

Wang Qiuyi: Ph.D., Associate Professor. Her research focuses on the history of international relations and non-traditional security issues.

Wang Sidan: Ph.D., Associate Professor. His research focuses on environmental governance and climate politics. He teaches courses including Non-Traditional Security and China and Environment and Energy Diplomacy.

He Gang: Ph.D., Associate Professor, with a Ph.D. from China Foreign Affairs University. His research focuses on China–EU relations and computational political science. He has presided over international and provincial/ministerial-level research projects.

Jia Zifang: Ph.D., Associate Professor. His research focuses on international security and strategy. He is the author of the monograph The Technological Origins of Contemporary Conventional Deterrence.

Wang Ziyuan: Ph.D., Associate Professor. His research focuses on international security, international political psychology, qualitative research methods, and the history of international relations. He has published dozens of articles in core Chinese and international academic journals.

Song Tianyang: Ph.D. with dual doctoral degrees, Lecturer. His research focuses on the political economy of foreign aid, global underdevelopment and inequality, international political economy, and computational social science methods. He has published articles in Chinese and international journals, including the Journal of Development Studies.

Li Mingze: Ph.D., Lecturer, with a Ph.D. from Tsinghua University. His research focuses on international security and border conflicts. He teaches courses on international relations research methods.

Yuan Yue: Ph.D., Lecturer. She graduated from China Foreign Affairs University, Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), and the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, U.S.A.. She once worked at the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR) and was a research scholar at the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO). Her research focuses on arms control and outer space security.

Yu Zihan: Ph.D., Lecturer, with a Ph.D. from Peking University. Her research focuses on contemporary Japanese political economy and foreign policy, China–Japan relations, sustainable development, and foreign aid.
