Research Center for Legal Diplomacy

The CFAU Research Center for Legal Diplomacy is a research institution focused on legal diplomacy and foreign-related legal communications. The center organizes and participates in academic conferences, carries out research projects, and publishes articles and journals.

Major Achievements:

    1. On June 12, 2015, the center organized the Academic Symposium on Law and Diplomacy. Specialists from practicing departments, universities and research institutions nationwide discussed the major issues of China’s foreign exchanges.

2. In January 2016, the center undertook a research project investigating the International Rule of Law and the Role of China in terms of the global governance issued by the CFAU Collaborative Innovation Center of China’s Diplomatic Theory and Practice.

3. In June 2016, the center published the Collected Papers of Law and Diplomacy.
