Center for Studies on Chinese Practice of International Law

The CFAU Center for Studies on Chinese Practice of International Law（CSCPIL）focus on  researching  practices concerning China in international law, including historical review, law and policy-making, legal issues in negotiations, legislation and judicial cases. The Center is dedicated to build an academic platform for faculty, scholars, officials and legal practitioners and students to do teamwork and exchange of viewpoints. The Center, with instruction and cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other institutions, organizes lectures, seminars/symposium, workshop joint projects and clinic education. The center publishes the CSCPIL Newsletter timely.
